1. What type of hair do you sell?

We offer three collections:


  • Raw Hair (Top Tier): Long-lasting, full, and can be reused multiple times

  • Luxury Affordable Bundles: Budget-friendly, perfect for shorter-term styles

2. Is your raw hair reusable?

Yes! Our raw hair can last up to 3+ years with proper care. It can be reused for multiple installs, making it a great investment.

3. Can the raw hair be colored or bleached?

Absolutely! Our raw hair can be lifted to 613 or toned to ash blondes with professional care. We recommend working with a licensed colorist for best results.

4. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

We Recommend!
Lengths 12”- 14” 2-3 bundles.
Lengths 16”–22” 3 bundles.
Longer lengths 24” and up 3–4 bundles will give a fuller look.

5. How long does shipping take?

All orders ship within 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is processed.

6. Do you offer local pickup or salon install services?

Yes! If you’re in the Fayetteville, NC area, you can select local pickup at checkout or book an install at our MB Extensions salon.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of raw hair, all sales are final. Please make sure you double-check your order details before checking out. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer Afterpay, Shop Pay, Affirm & Klarna so you can shop now and pay later.

11. Can I walk in or do I need to book to make an appointment?

Appointments are highly recommended.Limited walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

13. Can I shop in-store?

Yes! You can shop our hair collections in person at our Fayetteville location.

Walk in, see the quality and purchase your hair the same day no waiting on shipping.

We also offer same-day installation services based on availability.

15. Do I need to bring my own hair for my appointment?

No. You can purchase your hair directly from us in-store or online before your appointment.
Choose “Pick Up” when checking out!

16. Can I choose pickup if I have an appointment?

Yes. If you have a scheduled appointment, you may select in-store pickup at checkout.

Please make sure:

  • Your first and last name matches your appointment
  • You use the same email address
  • You provide the same phone number

This allows us to properly match your order with your appointment.
