MB Extensions Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through MB Extensions, including our online store and eligible in-store purchases. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products & Availability

MB Extensions offers human hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, hair-care accessories, digital products, and other beauty-related merchandise. Product availability, textures, lengths, colors, pricing, and inventory are subject to change without notice.

Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, color, or appearance may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Orders & Payment

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, pickup, and contact information when placing an order. MB Extensions reserves the right to cancel, limit, or decline an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or unauthorized transactions.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Local Pickup

Same-day pickup is available on online orders when the purchased merchandise is available at our Fayetteville, North Carolina location. Customers should wait until their order is confirmed as ready for pickup before arriving.

A valid order confirmation and/or identification may be required when picking up an order.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside MB Extensions’ reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns & Store Credit

Eligible returns are governed by the MB Extensions Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns receive store credit only. Products that have been installed, worn, washed, colored, cut, chemically processed, customized, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Hair Installation & Product Use

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their desired style and installation. Professional installation and maintenance may be recommended for certain hair and lace products.

MB Extensions is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, improper coloring or bleaching, chemical processing, improper maintenance, or use of products contrary to recommended care.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, ebooks, guides, formulas, and other digital products are for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated. Digital products may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded, shared, or commercially distributed without written authorization from MB Extensions.

Digital products are final sale.

Pricing & Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and other website information are accurate. Errors may occasionally occur. MB Extensions reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and cancel or adjust affected orders when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The MB Extensions name, branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, written content, digital materials, and other original brand content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Fraud & Unauthorized Activity

MB Extensions reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions reasonably believed to involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse of store policies, or other unlawful activity.

MB Extensions may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
