MB Extensions Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with MB Extensions. Due to the nature of human hair products and for hygiene and quality-control purposes, we have specific requirements for returns.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or in-store pickup for store credit only.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be in its original, unused and unaltered condition. Hair must not have been installed, worn, washed, combed, brushed, colored, bleached, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise altered. Bundles must remain intact and in their original packaging with all original ties, bands, tags, and packaging attached.

Wigs, closures, frontals, bundles, and other hair products that have been worn, installed, customized, cut, colored, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return or store credit.

Store Credit Only

Approved returns are issued as MB Extensions store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method for eligible returns.

Original shipping charges, delivery fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable and are not included in store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless MB Extensions made an error with the order.

Final Sale Items

Digital products, downloadable products, gift cards, services, customized or altered products, and any merchandise marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact MB Extensions as soon as possible and before installing, wearing, washing, coloring, cutting, or altering the product. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution when applicable.

Return Approval

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by MB Extensions. Items that do not meet the requirements of this policy may be refused and returned to the customer.
